Attn Leaders! There is a new autosort feature, where you can sort by participants' raised hand, microphone, checkmark or name when leading a centra session. The default appears to be to sort by hand. If you choose to sort by name it shouldn't move people around, anyway. The down triangle that indicates which column is sorted by is a toggle, so click it toggle it off if you don't want it to sort at all.

At the first of the year, the method by which unwanted or unsolicited e-mails got marked as SPAM was ended. If you are like me, the second the system went off-line, the flood gates opened. Stay positive, there is a solution! I am going to use this Tech OPS entry to help guide you through setting up the Junk Mail Handler inside GroupWise. By all accounts, this built-in feature of GroupWise 6.5 and 7 really will help you keep your mailbox SPAM free.

Just follow these very simple steps, and you will be on your way. Note - these steps are using GroupWise 7, but should work with GroupWise 6.5 (for GroupWise 6.5 tip, click here), if you have not upgraded yet.
